What deposit methods does Hardblock support?

Australian Dollar Deposits

Hardblock currently supports PayID and EFT payments for Australian Dollar deposits into your account.

For detailed information on making AUD deposits into your account, please refer to this support article: https://support.hardblock.com.au/article/13-depositing.

Bitcoin Deposits

Hardblock also supports Bitcoin deposits both on-chain and via the lightning network.

Importantly, deposits must be made from self-custodial bitcoin wallets. You must not deposit into your Hardblock account from a custodial bitcoin wallet, such as another exchange account. Depositing from custodial wallets is against our Terms of Service and may see your account closed down.
