Depositing Funds to Your HardBlock Account
Currently, we support PayID, EFT (bank transfers using BSB & account number), and POLi deposits.
When making deposits, keep in mind that each account has a daily deposit limit, which is updated live on your Fund Deposit page. All accounts start with a $2,000 daily limit (contact us at support@hardblock.com.au if you want to increase your deposit limit).
On your Fund Deposit page, you can choose any of the 3 deposit methods detailed below.
Depositing money with PayID:
- Choose PayID, copy our PayID.
- Login to your PayID-supported online banking account. Find out whether your bank supports PayID.
- Send an amount through to our PayID obtained on the PayID Deposit page (refer to step 3).
- Once we receive the deposit, your account will be credited right away. The first deposit is commonly delayed by one business day, but subsequent deposits are usually instant.
Depositing money with EFT:
- Choose Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
- Use the BSB and account number displayed on this page to make a bank transfer to your HardBlock account.
- Once we receive the deposit, your account will be credited right away. The first deposit is commonly delayed by one business day, but subsequent deposits are usually instant.
Depositing money with POLi payments:
- Choose POLi payments.
- Enter the amount of AUD you would like to deposit.
- Select "Pay With POLi"
- Progress through the POLi payments prompt instructions.
- As soon as you successfully finish your POLi payment, your HardBlock account will be instantly credited, allowing you to exchange AUD to BTC (Bitcoin) immediately.
However, until we confirm that the amount is received in our bank account (which normally takes 1 business day but can take up to 3), you will be able to withdraw BTC only in a limited amount defined by our system.
