How long does it take for fund deposits to be credited to my account?

Deposits are credited to your account instantly when we receive them for PayID or EFT. However, banks may hold this type of deposit for one business day if it is your first time depositing to your HardBlock account or it's a larger amount.

When using POLi payments, you are credited instantly but confirmation can take up to 3 business days, which is how long it takes for the money to actually arrive at our bank account. You will be able to utilize your balance to purchase Bitcoin in this time, but will not be able to withdraw the full amount while we wait for your deposit.
