Affiliate Code Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Triple Link Labs (operating as HardBlock Bitcoin Exchange), the "Exchange" offers an affiliate program ("Affiliate Program") to its customers at its discretion. Participation in the Affiliate Program is governed by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

Affiliates
- Similar to our Referral Program, A "Affiliate referrer" is an Affiliate to the Exchange that shares an Affiliate link though their platform, such as a podcast, on their website, etc.
- To be eligible for participation in the Affiliate Program, individuals must have an agreement with the Exchange.
- Affiliates are eligible to also set up their own account with the Exchange and issue Referral Program links in addition to their affiliate links, however note that customers can only sign up with a single link to obtain the benefit associated with that link.
- There is no requirement to use this account for any transactions other than to receive referral payments.
Referees
- A "referee" is a new customer who signs up for a HardBlock account using an affiliate link.
- The Referral Program is available exclusively for new customers.
- Existing customers are not eligible as referees.

3. Referee Credit

Affiliate links can come in various forms, but initially this will be a $10 in bitcoin on verified signup link.
For $X credit on signup links, the amount will be credited into your account after sign-up and successful ID verification.
As per our Terms of Service, bitcoin is unable to be withdrawn until a verification call has taken place with the Exchange team. We will endeavour to contact new signups using Affiliate links within 1-2 working days from signup and successful ID verification.
In addition, the $X credit on signup amount cannot be withdrawn as AUD until a further purchase of bitcoin has been made using the Exchange, in addition to the account receiving a verification call. This is to prevent abuse of the Affiliate Program wherein users simply sign up and withdraw their $X credited amount.

4. Affiliate Terms

Each Affiliate will have set terms between them and the Exchange regarding usage of the Affiliate Program, issuing links, and receiving benefits for their services. Usually this amounts to simple advertising agreements for a set period of time.

5. Requesting new Affiliate link types or features

Affiliates can request different types of links if they think it would be mutually beneficial, for example, a different credited amount, or some other benefit to signing up.
Affiliates can also discuss or request other improvements to the affiliate program that may be beneficial.

7. Amendments

The Exchange reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The Exchange also reserves the right to alter any existing links, such as increasing or decreasing the credit offered, or terminating links altogether.
Continued participation in the Program after such amendments constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Termination

The Exchange may terminate the Program or an individual's participation in it at any time and for any reason, with or without prior notice.
An Affiliate can contact us anytime to request amendments or give notice to cancel any existing agreements as per their individual agreement terms.
