How do I withdraw dollars from my account?

Withdrawing Australian Dollars ($AUD) from your HardBlock account is simple.

First, login and then head to Australian Dollars > Withdraw:

Then, choose your withdrawal type at the top of the page that appears, EFT or PayID:

For EFT, input the amount, account name, BSB, account number, review your details and then input your current 2FA code from your authenticator (if enabled) and press Withdraw:

For PayID, simply input your amount, PayID and 2FA code (if enabled) and press Withdraw:

Done! Your withdrawal history is displayed at the bottom of that page. If you have notifications enabled, you will receive an email when the withdrawal has been processed. Note that processing times can vary depending on your bank.
