Bitcoin Pizza Day Sats Bonus T&Cs

To celebrate Bitcoin Pizza Day, HardBlock is offering a limited 10,000 sat bonus to eligible existing and new customers.

This promotion is available for a limited time only and is subject to the terms below.

1. Promotion period

This promotion begins on Friday 22 May 2026 when announced on social media (approximately 8am).

All times are based on Adelaide time, ACST, unless otherwise stated by HardBlock.

The existing customer offer is available on Friday 22 May 2026 only.

The new customer offer is available to users who create their HardBlock account on Friday 22 May 2026, then complete the required steps by 17:00pm ACST on Friday 29 May 2026.

2. Existing customer offer

The first 21 existing HardBlock customers who make a successful single Bitcoin purchase of AUD $100 or more through HardBlock on Friday 22 May 2026 from approximately 8am when we announce the promotion will receive a bonus of 10,000 sats.

To be eligible:

you must already have a verified HardBlock account before the promotion begins;
you must make a successful single Bitcoin purchase of AUD $100 or more through HardBlock on Friday 22 May 2026;
the purchase must be completed successfully and recorded in HardBlock’s systems;
the purchase must be a manual buy (a 'smash buy', and not an automated DCA purchase set up previously).
the AUD $100 purchase amount excludes any promotional bonus, reward, or credit;
only one bonus is available per customer.

Eligibility will be determined by the timestamp of the completed successful Bitcoin purchase in HardBlock’s systems.

3. New customer offer

The first 21 new users who create a HardBlock account on Friday 22 May 2026, successfully complete verification, and make a successful single Bitcoin purchase of AUD $21 or more through HardBlock by 17:00pm ACST on Friday 29 May 2026 will receive a bonus of 10,000 sats.

To be eligible:

you must create your HardBlock account on Friday 22 May 2026 (Pizza Day);
you must successfully complete HardBlock’s account verification process;
you must make a successful single Bitcoin purchase of AUD $21 or more through HardBlock by 17:00pm ACST on Friday 29 May 2026;
the purchase must be completed successfully and recorded in HardBlock’s systems;
the AUD $21 purchase amount excludes any promotional bonus, reward, or credit;
only one bonus is available per customer.

Eligibility will be determined by the timestamp of the completed successful qualifying Bitcoin purchase in HardBlock’s systems.

4. One bonus per customer

Customers may only receive one 10,000 sat bonus under this promotion.

New users are only eligible for the new customer offer. New users cannot also receive the existing customer bonus.

Existing customers are only eligible for the existing customer offer.

5. Bonus payment

Eligible customers will receive 10,000 sats credited to their HardBlock account.

HardBlock aims to credit eligible bonuses within 3-5 business days, Monday to Friday, after eligibility has been confirmed.

Bonus payments are subject to account verification, eligibility checks, and compliance review.

6. Withdrawals

Existing verified HardBlock customers are not subject to any additional withdrawal block under this promotion. They may withdraw according to HardBlock’s usual account and withdrawal rules once their purchase and/or bonus has been confirmed and credited.

New customers must complete the required qualifying Bitcoin purchase before receiving the 10,000 sat bonus. Standard HardBlock withdrawal rules, security checks, and compliance requirements continue to apply.

HardBlock may encourage customers to follow, like, comment on, or share Bitcoin Pizza Day posts on social media.

Social media activity is encouraged but is not required to qualify for this promotion, unless HardBlock states otherwise in writing.

8. Exclusions and abuse prevention

HardBlock may withhold, cancel, or reverse a bonus if it reasonably believes that a customer has breached these terms or attempted to misuse the promotion.

This includes, but is not limited to:

creating duplicate or fake accounts;
using another person’s identity or details;
attempting to claim more than one bonus;
making purchases that are cancelled, reversed, refunded, or fail to complete;
suspicious, fraudulent, or abusive activity;
failing HardBlock’s verification, security, AML, or compliance checks;
breaching HardBlock’s standard terms of service.

HardBlock employees, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible for this promotion.

9. Limited availability

There are only 21 bonuses available for existing customers and 21 bonuses available for new customers.

Once all available bonuses in a category have been claimed, no further bonuses will be available in that category.

HardBlock’s records will be used to determine eligibility, purchase timestamps, and the order in which qualifying purchases were completed.

10. General

This promotion is offered by HardBlock.

HardBlock may amend, suspend, or cancel this promotion if required for operational, technical, security, legal, compliance, or other reasonable business reasons.
